For optimal grip, allow hair to grow to approximately 1/4 inch (about the length of a grain of rice, roughly 2–3 weeks of growth). Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours prior to release surface dead skin cells. On the day of your appointment, wear loose, breathable cotton clothing and arrive with clean skin free of oils or lotions.
What Happens During Your Wax
After private consultation and sanitizing the skin, Star applies warm, flexible European hard wax in targeted, manageable sections. The wax shrink-wraps the hair, allowing Star to remove it swiftly while applying immediate manual pressure to soothe nerve endings. While removing hair from the root is never completely painless, experienced technique keeps the sensation brief and manageable.
Professional Care & Absolute Privacy
Your appointment takes place in a private, serene studio suite with zero overlapping clients. For 24 to 48 hours post-wax, keep the skin cool and clean. Avoid hot tubs, saunas, rigorous workouts, and direct sunlight.
