HOW TO PREPARE
A few simple steps to ensure you receive the most comfortable and effective contouring experience:
- Stay well hydrated with fresh water in the 24–48 hours prior to your visit.
- Avoid heavy meals and alcohol for at least 2 hours before your appointment.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow easy access to treatment zones.
- Avoid sunburn or irritated skin on the target areas before arrival.
AFTERCARE GUIDELINES
Support your body’s natural elimination pathways and maintain healthy skin tone post-treatment:
- Drink plenty of water (at least 64–80 oz daily) to support natural lymphatic clearance.
- Engage in light physical movement (such as a brisk walk) following treatment to stimulate circulation.
- Maintain a wholesome, balanced lifestyle to maximize visible contour refinement.
- Avoid intense hot tubs, saunas, or excessive heat on the treated zone for 24 hours.
